Denise:
A technique I use to organize and pursue the key tactic of commenting on other people's blogs is to use a separate web browser to bookmark and review them.
Let me explain. I do my general daily web browsing on Firefox. But I use Google's Chrome browser strictly for bookmarking the blogs I follow and comment on. This makes the whole process easier because the blogs I follow are organized and in one place. That allows me to methodically march through them blog-by-blog to review for new postings and to insert my own comments.
