I think you can see I'm pushing the use of video on your blog. Not for every post, but to mix it up once in a while. Give your audience a more intimate glimpse at who you are and the chance to connect with you even more deeply.
Don't be intimidated by Lou Bortone's videos. He's been doing this a long time. If you've seen any of my videos, you know they're pretty basic, and they get a point across. That's what you want to do. Nothing fancy or technically complex.
Not sure how to get started? Here's my list of equipment and software.

Great, short and to the point. I have my "flip" for about a week now, next is to write a script and give it a shot. I'm looking at mid week, or at least during August. Thanks.

Short and sweet and right on target...thanks Lou (and Denise). I have spent a little time thinking about the online experts to whom I am drawn, and I'm realizing that they ALL use some video and that it has promoted a feeling of "know, like and trust" that would have been impossible any other way. As a student of the Power of Connection, this is proof positive of video's power and influence. For me it trumps all the other reasons someone should use video.
I also have been a student of Denise and Lou's "Online Video Made Easy" and it's terrific...a great place to start if you're a novice.
