I have been frantically looking for great ways to increase the sales in my current job. I started by reading Ken Lizotte's book, "The Expert's Edge." I think that this conference looks very helpful also. I am going to talk to my boss tomorrow to see if she would be willing to send me to attend this conference- I hope it is not too late to register.
