By way of Rich Brooks at flyte blog, I found this excellent video visually defining and demonstrating Web 2.0. Not only is the video exceptionally well done, it's a great primer on how the Web has been evolving for the last 10 years. The Machine is Us/ing Us is a must-watch video by Michael Wesch, Assistant Professor of Cultural Anthorpology at Kansas State University.

I think it's one of the best expressions of Web 2.0 I've seen.

Fascinating, informative, and entertaining. Thanks for the heads up!
I did some poking around, and found Wesch's Digital Enthnography blog project, which includes a transcript of the video [http://mediatedcultures.net/ksudigg/?p=78#more-78 ]. I appreciated that, since the video went a bit fast, and I didn't catch everything.
I also learned that the name of the piece used for the soundtrack is "There's Nothing Impossible". How appropriate.
