According to a new poll by iFOCOS and Zogby, a majority of Americans (55%) feel bloggers are important to the future of American journalism. Further, 74% said citizen journalism will play a vital role. The survey polled 5,384 adults nationwide Jan.30-Feb.1, 2007.
The focus of this blog has always been on business, but a rising tide floats all boats. The coming elections will see even more influence by people with strong opinions and blogs than in 2004. Some see this as a good thing, while others fear negative campaigns and unsubstantiated rumors. What do you think? Will bloggers influence voters in the next elections?
