Full feed, most definitely. In fact, I am inclined not to subscribe to a blog if it's a partial feed on offer. I also hesitate before I share such a blog on my Google Reader page.

Since I have started using Google Reader I have found that I tend to not bother with partial feeds - I like being able to run through all the posts in the morning quickly and star those I want to explore more for later - I don't have time to click though to the full feed.
