Just got alerted to a keen use of business blogs, reminiscent of rural traditions called "cow tipping:" Thanks to Easton Ellsworth of Business Blog Wire, we bring you "blog tipping!"
Brian Clark of Copyblogger posted a reponse to Easton's blog tipping review, and even used this clever little icon from the Business Blog Wire,
along with references to a Hemingway's book title "For Whom the Blog Tips."
I am overwhelmed by the cleverness of these two smart bloggers, and would like to promote blog tipping as a new sport. Basic formula: list a blog, and take your hat off to it several times. Insert a helpful suggestion. And post.
No animals were harmed or humiliated in the process, but several blogs are sure to profit in increased traffic, thanks to these two posts which have already garnered comments and trackbacks galore. I'll let you follow the links so that you too can experience blog tipping at its finest.

Thanks, Patsi. No bloggers get harmed, either! I think the human connection is the best part of it. I get to know so many great people through this simple monthly activity.
