Bob Garfield, co-host of NPR's On the Media, has started blogging for Advertising Age. In his first post he states that he'll be writing his book, Listenonomics, on his blog.
Finally, over the coming months, on this site and in full public view, we will be writing a book. It is called "Listenomics," and it will document the real meaning on consumer control as it relates not only to marketing, but to politics and society. We invite you to help us in the process. With any luck, and the good will of the world at large, we will be one author with a triquillion researchers offering basic information, advice, connections, corrections and so on.
For precisely the reasons Garfield states -- enlisting the help of his readers -- a blog is the perfect tool to create the content for your book or booklet, ecourse, special report or any other info product you can imagine. Check out our Blog to Book Project for info how you can use a blog to create your book.
