Last week I was called upon to do my civic duty and report for jury duty at the courthouse in downtown L.A. Knowing that most of the day is spent sitting and waiting, I looked at this as a great opportunity to catch up on listening to some of the hundreds of audio programs on my iPod.
I started the day listening to an interview with Darren Rowse, the famed six-figure blogger of Problogger.net. Darren was interviewed by Yaro Starak of Entrepreneur's Journey about how he built his blog traffic to the point where he is earning six-figures from ad revenue. The interview is 38 minutes and worth listening to.
Then I spent more than 3 hours listening to a workshop on Internet Marketing by my mentor, Tom Antion. This comprised about half of his 6 hour Electronic Marketing ButtCamp teleseminar. I'm going to see the live version in Phoenix next weekend. Tom is thorough and covers everything from the hardware and software he uses in his business, all about web hosting, creating one page websites, copywriting, shopping carts, autoresponders, advertising, driving traffic and much, much more.
Next I spent some time listening to Alex Mandossian and Paul Colligan and catching up on their Marketing Onlive Live podcast.
After about 6 hours attached to my iPod, I have to say I was burned out on taking in information. I began to wish I had some music, but I have about 60 hours of podcasts and marketing info instead.
I did not get picked to serve on a jury so my duty was done for the year. And, it can be good to get away from the office and computer for a day. I don't know when I would have been able to spend so much dedicated time to catching up on info.

Hi Denise,
I'm glad you liked the podcast Darren and I produced. We are working with Andy W to produce a blog traffic seminar series but it's all hush-hush at the moment so I can't reveal more at the moment.
If you liked the content of that podcast then I'm sure the teleseminar series will be right up your alley.
Thanks for the link to my blog too!
Keep up the great work, I've listened to many of your podcast shows and I really enjoy them.
Cheers, Yaro
