Today I received the following comment from a regular participant in our Conversations with Experts TeleSeries. I think Jim's comments are important and he's agreed to let me share them with you.
I wanted you to know that I was happy to be able to get this recording to you* because I thought your interview of Susannah Gardener was an important contribution to the Conversations with the Experts series. I thought "Do Fake Blogs Work?" was an excellent follow up to T.L. Pakii Pierce's interview "Blogs as Social Marketing Tools." With Susannah's descriptive examples of fake blogs and the blogging community's response to them I was progressively led to a deeper understanding of the humor and effectiveness or disrespect and ineffectiveness that can result form a fake blog. Furthermore, I gained a true sense of how bloggers are a social community and have a voice and influence as such.
