This doesn't exactly pertain to business blogging per se, yet it's so strange I have to include it...BlogMaps.

You enter the URL for your blog, your location and then get a map that identifies how many other bloggers are in your neighborhood. Definitely more directed at personal bloggers, and it's curious to see who is blogging around you. You can click on the various links and see who is blogging about what around you.
