Why did you decide to start a blog, and what is its primary purpose?
I’ve published an e-newsletter for 10 years and have a very loyal audience. But I wanted a more immediate form of communication and a broader reach with content. The primary purpose of the blog is to demonstrate my depth of knowledge and point of view to current and potential clients. It also gives me great search engine placement, membership in the active blogosphere, many speaking opportunities, and lots of fun.
