Alex Barnett of Microsoft has created a screencast tutorial for how to set up and use an RSS feed reader. If you've been curious about how RSS works and why it's the hot new way to deliver content, check out this tutorial.
I use Blog Express as my RSS Reader, but am considering changing to Feeddemon as it's been recommended by a lot of people in the know. Blog Express is free. Feeddemon is $29., I think.
